Lee Cotton, RDN, LDN is a nationally recognized, licensed dietitian with experience specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and medical nutrition counseling. She is known for delivering evidence-based nutrition education through major media outlets, including WFLA, WPTV, Martha Stewart, Reader’s Digest, and Oprah Magazine. Her expertise has also been featured in Atlantic Avenue Magazine, Jupiter Magazine, and Stuart Magazine, among others.

Lee is the founder of Lee Cotton Nutrition, LLC, where she provides individualized, evidence-based medical nutrition therapy. She holds professional licensure in both Florida and North Carolina and works with individuals seeking support for eating disorders and disordered eating, women’s wellness, behavior-focused nutrition counseling, and sustainable health practices. In addition to her private practice, Lee is an author, contributing writer, and sought-after nutrition expert across digital and broadcast media platforms.

Throughout her career, Lee has worked with a diverse range of clients with varying medical and nutritional needs. Her approach is grounded in a non-diet, weight-inclusive philosophy that prioritizes long-term health, self-trust, and sustainable behavior change.
