That's a (Veggie-ful) Wrap!
A gluten-free diet is a must for the 1% of the population diagnosed with celiac disease, to avoid serious intestinal inflammation.
Gluten Free Veggie Wraps
1-½ cups peeled zucchini or yellow squash
½ red pepper chopped
1 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder
½ tsp of salt
1 tbsp of ground cumin
½ flax meal
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender EXCEPT the flax
Then add the flax and process until smooth
Spread mixture in even piles on a non-stick dehydrator sheet
With a spatula form piles into flat rounds for wraps
Dehydrate at 105 for 8 hours
